I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Mohammed Kassem on a transaction. He was consistently helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. My client was a first-time buyer who benefited greatly from Mr Kassem's help - many thanks!

I was provided recommendation for Manisha from Mills Chody (Hatch End) for my property sale. I met with Manisha and her team, they explained the process and paperwork required… I was impressed and instructed them to act for my sale which made my life stress free and I couldn’t be more happier with their service.
Regular updates provided and they would chase up the buyers solicitors when we felt we were being held up. The sale was completed in the timeframe estimated and I would definitely use and recommend Mills Chody… the cost was competitive and service was exceptional!

Krishna Kotecha dealt with the administration of our uncle’s estate and I would not hesitate to use her should the need arise in the future. Her knowledge, experience and patience allowed this process to complete in a timely fashion with consistent communication throughout. Krishna was thorough and efficient in dealing with the complexities that arose and was compassionate and understanding of our requests and deadlines to be met. Thank you for your service it is much appreciated.

This should have been a straightforward claim which turned into a nightmare experience. My claim was initially discussed with David Ford who were friendly, approachable and helpful with the relevant experience, which gave me confidence in instructing the firm. Once my money was taken however I was threatened with further fees for simply asking questions and advice which ended up to only cover a single letter for very high charges. My case was overseen by a Ranjeet Singh Johal who confronted me in a rather unfriendly manner in a few brief telephone conversations and didn't appear to have the necessary time to listen or discuss my case in much detail. Once I pointed out my concerns in the way my case was handled and vagueness surrounding the solicitor's advice, he then indiscriminately terminated the firm's services. This ended up costing me double the fees in having to appoint another firm of solicitors to assist, causing huge delays and inconsistency in dealing with my case. It is disappointing to be subjected to such impersonal, unprofessional and confrontational attitude by a solicitor who is supposed to protect their client's best interests and listen when they raise concerns. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this firm to anyone who is after a professional solicitor with the time and knowledge in dealing with sensitive cases.

I needed to use a local solicitors for a house sale and purchase and it is often a difficult choice to find someone that is both reasonably priced and efficient. We had used Mills Gaskell over 34 years ago and so decided to chose Mills Chody (as it has now become)again.
The service provided throughout by Mr Dulai was excellent. The pricing was reasonable and clearly stated beforehand and this was adhered to with no "extras".Communication was friendly clear and efficient and any questions were quickly answered.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you need a long established and trustworthy company for any conveyancing requirements.
