I used McGlennons to buy a flat and they (both Maria and William although I mainly dealt with Maria) were amazing. Maria was always on top of everything, she's detailed, she answers questions promptly, she is very friendly but professional, they also stuck to the budget agreed initially. The whole buying process is relatively stressful and genuinely every day I was thankful I had Maria to rely on. I felt (and still feel) very lucky. McGlennons have been consistent in carrying out conveyancing tasks within days of instruction and responded to queries without delay. Both Maria and William have been exceptional in terms of their level of professionalism, communication and in my case; not a standard purchase which involved complications of a TP1. Even this, they managed to negotiate clauses and covenants to support my terms.

Choosing a solicitor is is a difficult task, so I took a shot in the dark with McGlennons based on the 2 previous positive reviews I read here and their physical proximity to my place of work. Luckily it turned out to be the right decision.

I instructed McGlennons to assist with my purchase of a leasehold flat. They did everything as asked at the price quoted. By no means the cheapest conveyancer you could use (indeed, at the upper end of the quotes I received but definitely not the most expensive). Nonetheless they provided an excellent service, promptly replying to my questions and making the whole process as hassle free as possible.
