Maxwell Hodge took over five months to complete a very straightforward house purchase and after the first month or so it became very difficult to get updates from them. It was only after telling them that the purchase was going to fall through within the next couple of weeks that suddenly things started to happen.

Just don't get back to you at all we had a remortgage approved 7 months ago now we have already had to get an extension on the rate and after weeks of countless phone calls that never get answered even out mortgage advisor can't get them to pick the phone up we have now had to find another solicitor to speed things up a bit. Not very impressed with the service to be honest
