I have used Martin Tolhurst for many years for my families Will, Trusts etc.
On this occasion I required a deed of variation. This was completed quickly and efficiently from my first phone call to the office and completion of the document by Sarah Begley. She was easy to talk to but also professional.

I have always used Martin Tolhurst solicitors and have always been impressed up until the end of last year! I have always used Jane Williams and she has been amazing, on the ball, professional, very thorough and dedicated to her clients. Since Jane left the company it has gone down hill, poor communication, not returning calls or emails, change of staff and No continuity. I feel that I have had to do all the chasing and do their work for them and constantly push and chase to get things done. I can honestly say that I won’t be using Martin Tolhurst for my new purchase.
