Keith is a fantastic solicitor and we couldn’t have got through a really difficult time following my Dads passing, dealing with his estate and sales/purchase of somewhere new for my mum. Keith was amazing, he was on point, crossed all t’s and dotted the i’s , he kept me well informed, he stood up for my corner, he was the only one that said I was entitled to a discount for 1st time buyer, and made all my problems disappear, I can’t thank Keith enough for what he done for me. Out of date : appeared to struggle with basic technologies e.g email auto-responses, telephone messages, even asking for repeats of information as there were too many emails to track. Went on holiday unannounced and doesnt inform clients. No website. Bang up to date (in the 80's) I think....

Business Management : no locum when out of office and no assistant. Constantly blames being too busy. I interpret that as happy to take the money for the service, not so happy to pay for enough resource to deliver.

Approach : Rude, unhelpful, abrasive, intolerant. Probably due to stress from the preceding point, unless he's simply unpleasant.

Delivery : Delayed. All the time. Late with no notification. Sometimes just doesn't answer his office phone as he's too busy. Was uncontactable on scheduled day of completion leaving buyer and seller in a very difficult position.

I suggest finding a solicitor who values your custom and money, and has some semblance of understanding of service provision.
