I had a deeply distressing experience with Maria Fogg Family Law, and I feel compelled to warn other families.

My daughter suffered a head injury at home in a domestic accident, which was confirmed by multiple medical specialists. However, due to fear and lack of understanding of the country's laws, my mother-in-law delayed informing my husband for a week. During that time, my daughter was kept in a separate ward at Ormskirk Hospital. The moment my mother-in-law finally told us the truth, I immediately reported it to a nurse.

At that point, I had already sought legal help from Maria Fogg Family Law, believing that a lawyer’s duty is to fight for and defend their clients. What I discovered instead was that this firm has close ties with Social Services and prioritizes the financial benefits they receive from the government over justice and families’ rights.

My family suffered extreme abuses of power, violations of British law, and inhumane treatment. My mother-in-law was coerced into giving a statement without speaking the language, without proper translation, and without legal representation. Authorities used this against us to torment my family and attempt to take my children away. And despite my full cooperation, Maria Fogg Family Law never defended me. Instead, they told me to stay quiet and accept the abuse and mistreatment.

Later, I learned that they could have fought for me, my family, and justice—but why fight for justice when they can be registered with the government and earn hundreds of thousands of pounds while families suffer, right?
