However, once the sale had completed and payment for their services had been made, our experience changed significantly. We encountered issues with documents that should have been transferred from the previous owners to us, and despite multiple emails requesting assistance, our correspondence has largely been ignored.

Unfortunately, the issue still remains unresolved, which has been very disappointing given the positive experience we had at the start. Better post-sale communication and support would have made a huge difference.
