AVOID AVOID AVOID
There are far better solicitors out there than this one. Firstly, I called to arrange an appointment and secondly, I asked if he was happy to print the document as my printer wasn’t working; all of which he agreed to. Got there and he was incredibly rude. ‘Why haven’t you brought the paperwork, I can’t open the PDF document you sent and why have you come here without an appointment- I don’t have time for this!’
Slightly concerning that he didn’t recall the conversation we had 25 mins ago. Even the receptionist was baffled.
Furthermore, he charges double the fees compared to most solicitors.
Walked out the door and never looked back. I suggest you all do the same.
It wasn’t even 11 am and this guy was already in a grumpy/aggressive mood, imagine him by 3-4pm.

An absolute joy to work with. Mr Patel is polite and friendly, but most of all he is professional and very quick. He handled my grandmothers conveyancing and explained every step in a way she understood perfectly and we had it all tied up in less than two weeks.

Our buyers are using this solicitor and they never answer the phone or emails. Never update and have even today hung up on my solicitor!! We are about to loose our chain because of this solicitor!! I am aghast at their behavior and lack of professionalism! Avoid at all cost! You'd have more luck asking your milk man to do your conveyancing!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I place this firm to be amongst the top most firms of litigators and conveyancers.
Although a small practise, I got the best advise anybody could have. They won a most difficult case and guided me so well all throughout. I would have been lost
without their guidance. As far as their bills of costs are concerned they are very average in line with most lawyers practices. I can not fault them. I would say they are far from crooks. This is not just one case, but I have several cases conducted by them and my opinion would not differ. Keep up the good work Manis.
