Holly handled the early stages of my house purchase and was excellent throughout. Clear communication, responsive to queries, and patient when I needed clarification on technical points. I particularly appreciated that she was happy to follow up on questions about the title plan rather than brush them aside. Made what could be a stressful process feel manageable. Highly recommended.

Our sale was simple - Vacant possession and no onward purchase. From start to finish (twice as our first sale fell through) Lyon’s Bowe were good. There wasn’t much info about the aborted sale and the insurance cover for this and I had to ask what had happened to our first up front payment but apart from that it was a very good service. Would recommend and use them again :-)

We are selling a property & chose Lyons Bowes once again as we bought a house using there services which was great. After the form was submitted to the buyers solicitors we recieved back quiet alot of questions & clarifications on the property. I was tasked with this part of the process & worked with Ally Hardy our assigned Legal Executive to complete the legal part of the sale. Right from the word go Ally was truly professional, extremely well organized & explained some of the legal terms extremely well. We had to get quite allot of information which was time consuming but Ally wanted to ensure we got everything right before submission. Upon submitting all enquiries, all our answers were successful at the first time of asking & the buyers legal team were very satisfied to move forward to the next part of the process, contract signing, exchange & completion. I would definitely recommend anyone whose selling a property to work with Ally as everything was done in a timely, efficient & friendly manner.
