Exceptionally slow solicitors. Very difficult to get updates from without chasing. Provide unrealistic timelines and then don't follow up on these when expected. As other recent reviews have said, feels like you are doing the work for them.

Also rude on the telephone.

Not recommended, you deserve better for whatever issue you have to get them to 'deal' with.

I rarely write negative reviews but I have to make an exception to potentially save you a trouble. This firm is very slow - it took them 6 months to complete a fairly uncomplicated property purchase despite of us trying follow up on a regular basis. Communication has been poor and sometimes unprofessional, with little to no guidance on the next steps ahead. Their response would come only after multiple email and call attempts, only as a line via email, almost never addressing any of the raised points/questions. Generally it felt like doing the work for them. Without follow-ups, I could imagine the process to last years without them noticing. Unfortunately, too late did we find out other clients had similar experience. I would not recommend, absolutely not worth the little more competetive price.

Brilliant service. Lynne and Louise have helped me 3 times over the last 10 years with buying/selling during my numerous house moves and never had any issues at all. Reliable, efficient and great communication.
