Cain made the entire process so simple for me, he was constantly in contact with me keeping me up to date with the progress and I never had to chase him for updates. I used Lucas Law for the recent purchase and sale of homes in Cardiff. Sarah Miller was excellent throughout, professional, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. She clearly has many years experience with conveyancing, and despite some delays and issues she was calm and reassuring.

I was pleased to see that the company do as much of the paperwork as possible electronically, so the report on my purchase was sent as several files by email rather than a thick wad of paper by post. This is much more efficient and less wasteful. For the paperwork I needed to sign, their office is conveniently located by Penarth railway station.

Molly handled our house purchase and did a brilliant job with it, we felt we were getting consistent updates and advice from start to finish and even beyond, as we needed to request some documents after completion, which were sent back the very same day.
