I would like to share a few points that might be helpful for others considering this firm. Firstly, I found the receptionist’s attitude inconsistent; he seemed professional mainly when the barrister was in the office. On several occasions, my appointments were double-booked, and once, I arrived to find that neither the barrister nor any solicitor was available, without any prior notice. While the barrister initially took on my case, it was later handled by another member of the team. In my opinion, this person did not appear as knowledgeable about immigration law as I would have hoped. However, if Mr. Nazir personally assures you that he will handle your case, I would recommend him, as he is both professional and personable in his approach.
