I had the unfortunate experience of working with Nasir Mahmood, who was appointed to draft a simple financial settlement order. Both parties had amicably agreed on the division of assets, so I expected a straightforward process. However, the consent order drafted by Mr. Mahmood was of extremely poor quality, resulting in a total misinterpretation of our agreed terms.

This poorly drafted order led to years of stress and confusion, ultimately requiring a court intervention to resolve. Solicitors who were later appointed to fix this administrative disaster described Mr. Mahmood's drafting as "diabolical." The errors were so severe that it took several more years and thousands of pounds in additional legal fees to correct the order and accurately record the division of assets as originally intended.

I would not recommend Legal Solutions or Nasir Mahmood to anyone seeking reliable and competent legal services. The stress and financial burden caused by this mishandling were substantial and entirely avoidable with proper legal expertise.

I am now seeking advice on pursuing a case against Legal Solutions for negligence. The mishandling of the drafting by Mr. Mahmood and the firm has caused significant financial loss and emotional distress, and I believe it is important to hold them accountable for their lack of professionalism and incompetence.
