Bill Meeson of Lee &co solicitors acted on my behalf to buy a property in December 2025. I was so impressed with the service that I would recommend this company to family and friends. Hopefully I am in my forever house but if I move again I will seek to engage Lee & co solicitors before I consider anyone else. The 5 stars are well deserved.

I write again as a black ethnic minority mixed race transgender woman do you understand i am writing this text message for various reasons as you will come to see do you understand it was mentioned by the staff at your office that I made threats for the purpose of the following public order Act 1984 section 4 A can you please confirm what threats was made on Wednesday the 12th of November 2025 secondly I made contact with yourself as of last night to confirm if I was in court today something which you yourself could of told myself as of last night do you understand nevertheless I made contact with yourself today and you confirmed the court date is tomorrow and not today do you understand moving forward I am asking for my file from yourself for the purpose of the date protection Act 2018 fail to provide that data within calender 1 month I will take court action do you understand lastly I ask the staff to be very careful what their say about myself as this could constitute to an act of deformation of character under the deformation act 2013 do you understand as I've already mentioned please confirm what threats was made for the purpose of the following public order Act 1986 section 4A do you understand

For people reading this comment I would like to point out that their is two sides to every story however what I can say is that I was disappointed with the service and I Will be representing myself tomorrow at court for those that are need of help feel free to contact myself on the above Email

My initial contact with the company was a conversation with a male, who asked about my Father's house being registered, to which I could not answer. He informed me that it was registered, but a neighbours was not registered. Not very professional and certainly not following codes of confidentiality. When I shared my concerns over the two charges against the property, he simply said "Not his concern" not very sensitive and inappropriate.

My main critism of the company was the lack of communication and the delay in the transfers of funds into my account. The estate agents (exceptional service) advised me that contracts had been exchanged and the funds would follow within a couple of hours. Time passed, I contacted the company and the money was only transferred some considerable time later, the following afternoon! Not acceptable, the instructing solicitor was off on this day, therefore, the case should have been transferred to another member of staff. How can someone move into a property following exchange, live in the house for over a day before the funds are transferred.

Totally unacceptable.

To whom it may concern, I've gotten to know sephton over what feels like a lifetime since proceedings began. He is a brilliant man and superb at what he does , along side some great judges (i thank them) he has gotten me an outcome I can live with but also puts me on the track for a new less stressful life. I would reccomend this gentleman to anyone. Just be honest him. James also passes on his thank you
