Absolutely shocking service on the purchase of my home.

0 contact throughout the process, they 'misplaced and could not find' my £21,000 and nothing could be done until they transfered it to the seller of the property, I.e I sent them money, and they lost it.

They also on the last possible day of completion of sale through auction conveniently 'forgot' to bill me for an additional £900 and would not hand the keys over until I had paid this.

My 'point of contact' if you could even call him that was a person called Jack, and he was less than helpful at every single turn.

I would actively avoid this law firm, I have steered anyone and everyone away from here for any reason they need legal services purely on the absolute shambles I had to deal with.

And after all of this I spoke to the manager/director of the company, which of course was nothing but a waste of time, I would happily pay over the odds to go anywhere else for my future legal needs.

DO NOT HIRE!

Hired on recommendation from my estate agent. Billur and Desislava were assigned to me unfortunately. They were the weakest link in my property purchase. The lawyer and paralegal both were not engaged with the process. Even after paying expedited fee they were least bothered and never moved needle until chased half a dozen times each time. Had to coerce every step. Not proactive at all. They received confirmations and informations from other party timely on which they sat on for days and never passed the ball until enquired. One was on holiday and the other was over worked and they switched roles on that. I wish my company gives me that many holidays.

They sat on my mortgage offer twice and could not make sense which offer was recent. On completion date they quoted wrong sums and had to redo last minute. It was my first time buying and they had no proactive guidance. Horrible experience. More than 7 months of completion has passed. Haven’t received my land registry title deed still. Had to chase again. Awaiting response still.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
