Had to follow up twice after being ignored and then had to go in person to find out what was going on. Was told they would contact me again by email and got ignored or forgotten about again. Three weeks wasted, and all I needed was a signature. Won't be wasting my time here again.

Needed a simple deeds adjustment carried out. Reception and follow up phone contact was professional and polite. The whole process all completed on the following day. Very satisfied and will use these in the future if I need legal services.
Very professional but personal touch too.
Note, I had tried another firm in Corby and they had not even followed up properly from the phone query, rang 3 times over about a week! They still haven't responded yet to see what was needed.

I have just completed a house sale where Debbie Page and Angela Pattrick conducted themselves in a professional, caring and friendly manner, dealing with the tardiness of the purchaser's Solicitor with perseverance and fortitude. They are a credit to the firm. It all helped to ease the moving process during what is always a personally stressful time.
