Very smooth experience using KWW for our house sale. Online ID checks were helpful as we both work different shifts, and we completed just over 7 weeks from accepting an offer (no chain). Fees seemed reasonable compared to another local quote, and communication around exchange and completion was excellent and really efficient.

I used KWW for the purchase of a property in 2015 and the service i received was excellent so when we decided to sell in 2026 i asked KWW to complete the conveyancing for me. The service was again excellent, the support was a massive and the fees were reasonable.
Selin in particular was very patient with me as regards some of the paperwork and i would definately use KWW again.
