The customer service…is just horrible receptionist Deborah …From day one when I entered the office rude ,can answer the questions just yes or no …Feeling that I was discriminated all the time of my visit…I came at the end of the working day was not happy with that at all that she needed to collect and scan documents …Didn’t want to help when I was asking questions..At the end I did asked why she is so rude …Then she decided just kick me out of the office …NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service people coming to seek for help and they getting a slap in them faces ,not even entering the building ….

Rather unhelpful lady on reception, I was just seeking a yes or no answer to a simple question, only option given was to have an hour long cunsultation at an extortionate price! Otherwise not interested

Made an enquiry here and had the misfortune of speaking to someone called Deborah Williams. Rude and patronising to the extreme. My enquiry went no further.
