Don't think I've ever known, heard or been subjected to such incompetence .
This was an easy low cost claim , 99% complete just needed the final finesse.
They "lost" all the paperwork and then lied and delayed the whole process for so long , i feel embarrassed for them .
Keoghs have such a bad reputation I couldn't find anyone , in the uk !, willing to take on the case .
Keoghs , and in particular the the laurel and hardy duo that I was lumbered with , were so incompetent and made so many mistakes I won an extra 150% on top of my original claim .
By far , ...like miles , Keoghs have provided the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using , their client must be bemused as to how the claim increased by 150% .
The ratings of Keoghs speak for themselves, a truly poor service and a level of incompetence and ignorance that is beyond believe.
My business has geen running for approximately 30 years , I have a 100% rating . For a law firm to have a 1 star rating with so so many complaints, they should be shut down and not permitted to practice.
The worst legal firm by far .
