Really bad service dealing with my grandads estate.only communicated to one of the beneficiarys in the Will and becoming to friendly with them.very unprofessional.lack of communication would not recommend you can see why they have 3.5 rating.
I had to take my complaint higher up to get resolved but even then things were not fully resolved.after speaking to other solicitors they did a lot of things wrong.stay clear

Had a number of really positive experiences of conveyancing and property related work from Charlie and Toni, would use them time and time again and happy to recommend them to anyone. I've used a number of much more expensive solicitors in central London in the past that haven't even come close to the good service I continually receive.

They were great up until they received their fee, after which I felt very unsupported and realised they had left a number of grey areas in the paperwork where the sellers were able to take advantage. I lost a lot of money through their mistakes and bad advice. Would not use them again.
