Genuinely great firm, went above and beyond to ensure I was in the known about and issue popping up when they weren’t required to.

I had Jenna support me in an voluntary interview. It was a very distressing experience but cant fault Jenna for the experience she gave me in my case which made me feel more comfortable. I felt I was in safe hands.

I have used Kelly’s for the last few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for legal representation. I have many friends who have used Kelly’s, and all speak very highly of the firm.

A truly outstanding lawyer who really seems passionate about her work and about justice, Hollie is incredibly thorough, organised and professional. She takes a compassionate approach, and ensures I understand the legal processes and my options.

Hollie goes over each case with a fine tooth comb, provides considered and sound advice, and- as I remember hearing a prosecutor describe her- is “very much on the ball”.

Whilst I’ve noticed some other firms can treat these matters as an inconvenience, have poor communication and often issue ill-considered advice that suits them more than the client, Kelly’s always put the defendant’s best interests first.

Despite cuts to Legal Aid and the untenable state of the justice system making conditions difficult, Kelly’s has never allowed this to affect the quality of service they provide.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been fantastic- Carroll a much appreciated friendly voice when I’ve been in a police cell, there to reassure and provide the best advice.

I really can’t thank or recommend these people enough. Ignore the 1* reviews- they are not from clients, rather those who are salty that Kelly’s represented the Bristol rioters, clearly not understanding that everyone is rightly entitled to a fair trial.

Simply the best solicitors in the country. Lydia is incredible and nothing short of a hero. Kellys treat you with the utmost care and respect, you are treated like an individual whose case matters deeply and not just an inconvenience. Being able to know that you are being looked after despite being in a difficult situation means so much.

They won my case but even if they hadn't, I know they'd have done their best.

Ignore the 1* reviews here, clearly the result of a social media pile-on for them having the temerity to defend people arrested for protesting in Bristol... why it's almost as if we are innocent until proven guilty in the UK!

From start to finish an excellent service. Good communication with fast response. Legal advocate Mr Carroll Lampart was knowledgeable and transparent. Would definitely recommend.
