Oh my goodness where to start. The sentencing guidelines recommend a fine, which I said to Mr Foxker in our pre trial meeting. But he had the attitude of I know best, informing me that there was no chance of that happening. Well it comes to court and the actual prosecution who are meant to be against me recommend a fine. The look on his face, but could he take it on the chin. Oh noooo so my own solicitor then proceeded to stab me in back to the judge bringing up previous convictions and ask for a harsher punishment. Can you believe it.
Well the judge then recommend a pre sentence report with probation. And of course now probation also recommends a fine for such a small offence. So I then tell mr foxier I don’t want him at court over the telephone for him to stab me in the back again and that I’m better off dealing with it myself.
Well you never guess what he tries to turn up at court to meddle in my affairs still claiming in his righteous manner that he is still right and I won’t get a fine. I again ask him to leave.
Well you would be pleased to know after all this stress caused by Mr Foxler. I indeed did get a fine. The moral of the story is even someone with no legal experience is better off than this joke of a solicitor.

About my experience with Mr. Foxler himself, I can advise only to not trust him as he can get you in more problems that you already have! Keep away and find a proper solicitor who will not stab you in the back if he doesn't have what to work on! ...
