Based on other reviews it seems that we have had an unfortunate one off experience with this company. After a bit of chasing we were able to secure an appointment with Eden, unfortunately only 3 hours before our appointment, it was cancelled as Eden was too busy and offered to reschedule in 2 weeks time. This was obviously really disappointing and added stress to the situation we were hoping to resolve with the support from Johnson Astills.
