What a fantastic team, my financial order had taken 5 years with another solicitor, I instructed the team at Bromfield's to take on the task of resolving my position, they were fantastic, all buttoned up and completed with a very favourable outcome! Communication was excellent, all paperwork was completed quickly and the end result was emailed to me as the best Christmas present I'd had in a very long time! Thanks guys, you've allowed the children and I to move on to the next chapter!

We first instructed Bromfield Legal in the purchase of our first home 3 years ago. Lauren was professional, proactive and kept a clear line of communication open. We never felt rushed or hassled in terms of providing the relevant paperwork required. Fees were transparent, it was made clear additional work would mean additional fees and the final bill may not match the estimate provided. Terms of business etc were all quite clear and easy to follow.

Now 2025 we decided to instruct them on the sale of our previous property along with the purchase of our new one. It was a complex chain with many things that caused a lot of stress. Freya, our conveyancer was lovely to work with. She was calm and collected when our buyers were being unreasonable and reassured us that we wouldn't be forced out of our home or sign any legally binding documents before we should. Point is, we were happy with the service then and absolutely glad we chose to instruct them now as well. Will likely instruct them on any future purchases as well. 🙏🙏

A competent solicitors; in the nightmare of stress that is house buying I'd likely use them again, but I'd struggle to state they were exceptional. There was suitable rigour in the activities they undertook on my behalf, which was conveyancing a property purchase. The final cost ended up 19.4% more expensive than their estimate; which was primarily, but not exclusively, due to third party costs. I would not be put off by their initial instruction 'form' which should be replaced, later digital interactions were suitably modern. They could have been more proactive in telling me when the individual handing my case was planning leave, there is of course no issue with them taking leave, but finding out they're off for the next few weeks without warning is not preferred. Changing the flickering lightbulbs in the waiting area could improve the perception of the business, though I can understand it is not a priority activity. The individual handling my case was responsive when contacted and happy to explain details to me, though as with all solicitors I had to chase to receive updates. Ultimately, the transaction has been completed successfully and I am now living in my new home. I hope to not require the services of any solicitor again in the near future, if I do, I'd probably use this business.
