I've used Jepson Longstaff and Midgely twice now. Debbie and Charlotte are absolutely fantastic. Both times I've been reassured that they are very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and caring.
I would definitely recommend them.

Had the pleasure of being introduce to Beth several years ago. can't acutally remember how but I owe them a big thanks.
Have used her services, and her great team, repeatedly since then depsite being based in London and found the serivce efficient, friendly and an excellent overall experience..

We Used Beth Fields for our conveyancing .We would not recommend this solicitor. We had Very little communication all along ,was always left wondering what and if the sale was still happening.Our buyer had to contact our estate agent to ask us questions as things wasn’t getting though from our solicitor.When We did call Beth and explain this, she was very rude and arrogant and said that they are a big company & that the odd email is bound to get lost , she then stated it was a admin error & our contact details had been entered wrong ! No apology ! Feel they did the minimum they could. No up to date final statement sent through with funds on completion which we had to chase & then explain why we wanted it .Found this company very unapproachable .Not the customer service you expect.

And two mindsets in regards to this Business when we first started using them we had a lovely member of staff called Beth Fields who was very proactive very helpful and keep you regularly updated. You would never have to go chasing after this member of staff to find stuff out, she would even ring us up just to let us know nothing was happening just to keep us in the loop every week. Even on occasion, given as an hour of our time free of charge which was over and beyond what you could expect.

Our recent experience with Haley was somewhat disappointing. We was constantly having to chase her up for updates information and having to do a lot of the work for her which we was paying professional work for. An example of this was a document which she had asked a local company for supposedly three weeks prior. We rang The company up and on the morning and was able to ascertain the document within one hour which saved a lot of time and delay. We strongly believe if she’d been as proactive as Beth we would’ve saved ourselves around £2500.00 In stamp duty. She seemed to be out the office more time on holiday than actually working on our file. You should not have to be doing a professional job for them when you’re paying them for this.

On top of this, we believe we are allowed outstanding monies of around £500.00 but currently have more pressing issues to deal with All in all we are looking around £3000 we are out of pocket due to the incompetence of this.!

Very pleased with the service in relation to my recent house sale/purchase. Beth and Victoria were friendly and professional, and I felt confident that were doing everything they could to speed things along. I would happily recommend.
