Only rang with a question , took days to ring me back and when they did the lady was so rude and unprofessional ,I didn't even have a chance to ask my question before they put the phone down!!

We had a fantastic experience with Tom Grimes at the Neath office. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. The whole process from instruction to completion took no more than 6 weeks, I cannot express how impressed I am with Tom. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and provided us with all the necessary information without overwhelming us. Tom was recommened to us by our estate agent (Abi at Clee) I couldn't recommend Tom Grimes enough for a house sale and will absolutely be utilising his services in any future house sales.

Definitely go elsewhere. Ideal if you want to waste time and money months on end constantly chasing and never get back to you. Very inefficient and slow pace considering some of the quicker more efficient solicitor firms especially when the work is done within 24 hours elsewhere
