I rarely write reviews, but my experience with J D S Solicitors was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. If I could give zero stars, I would!

From the very beginning, their communication was utterly abysmal. Every time I called for an update, I was either met with vague answers, hostility from members of staff or told someone would “get back to me”—which almost never happened. I lost count of how many calls that went completely ignored. I had a member of staff say that they need to hang up the call as their husband is calling them whilst I asked for updates on a case, I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional.

The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking for a firm that claims to provide expert legal services. I constantly had to chase them down just to get things moving, and for updates, It felt like I was doing their job most of the time.

Even more concerning was their apparent lack of knowledge or attention to detail. It made me seriously question their ability to handle legal matters with the care and precision that’s expected in this profession.

And don’t get me the lack of professionalism from the director himself who lacks simple communication and was rude enough to tell his own client to stop calling when looking for simply updates.

Ultimately, I ended up asking to have my case and transferred elsewhere, which was then declined by jds even though I had expressed my concerns and they still did not seem to improve their service, now I am stuck with solicitors that I do not want to work with.

I would strongly caution anyone considering JDS Solicitors to look elsewhere. The stress, lost time, and sheer frustration are just not worth it, the utter lack of credibility from this firm shows a lot in reviews too, Legal matters are stressful enough without having to battle your own solicitor to do their job.

Avoid at all costs.

These solicitors are amazing 🙂.. I highly recommend as they have so much compassion in there case and have a great legal advice to deal with your cases, I’m so happy with the result and I will be using them in the future.. my favourite is Mr AJ.Offiah he’s the best 👌🏽💜.. in regards to other reviews.. it’s a business and yes payment does need to be made but you will get your success result. With any business this is what is required first.. Mr AJ is a wonderful person and exactly knows how to execute a great result.. the best solicitors firm🌹.. honesty I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work you put in your clients.. thank you JDS solicitors for making me feel at ease and for the best experienced and expertise result.. from your number one favourite client 🙂🙏🏽

Only after money, very unprofessional and unreliable, they lie and will distroy any chance you have of winning. Even if you are innocent this frim will ensure you end locked up. Shouldn't be allowed to practice law and put vulnerable and innocent people at risk.

They destroy cases, being totally unprepared in court, pissing off the court because they are slow, unperformed and handle very late documentations, blocking their clients in court in order to extract a fee and sending your case to disaster.

Hire them if you want to lose. Losers Company.

this is a great law firm with humble and honest solicitors who genuinely put so much effort into your case it is unbelievable and the price isnt so bad compared to other solicitors i have used for my many immigration problems over the last 5 years. they are able to think outside the box and can honestly say the work they do is very effective and i am eternally greatful to them.
