Wouldn't trust. Save yourself the hassle..
I still am having to chase my title deeds after endless mistakes and lack of communication. Fyi I purchased in June 2025!!!! 4 staff have left in the time I was dealing with this company..
All left without telling me I found out by auto email responses. I had to almost re start the process every time.
I have refused my free will to be completed by them as endless errors seem to continue.
Something is deeply wrong here with no leadership / organisation. If you want to ask questions be ready for "is it important?"

Ellie's service was excellent. She was incredibly helpful with the writing of our new will and explained everything to us in a quick time frame that left us feeling very at ease. JC Solicitors have advised, rescued and fought for me as I have tried to do the best I can for my husband who fell through a roof and sustained a severe brain injury four years ago. Being introduced to JC Solicitors by a lawyer friend who had been helping me has been such a blessing to me as they have offered me a consistent back stop of support ever since. I feel very safe with them. They have turned around dead end communications that were not getting resolved and removed the stress from me in several situations that we would never have faced had it not been for my husbands disability. Nothing is too much trouble. They have partnered with me through some very complicated battles and processes which would have been extremely difficult for me without their expertise and competence. They provide amazing value for money and I would highly recommend that you reach out to them if you are out of your depth for whatever reason and need help, or even if you need non drama legal help. I have been genuinely thankful for their care, experience and skills. Weirdly, we laugh a lot too.
