Called in and gatekept from speaking to anyone by a man named Stephen Kingston-Lee (Facilities Manager) who insted mocked and belittled me and then hung up on me. I tried calling in again and you hear the phone slam down the moment the phone call connects. This man openly and creepily laughed while mocking and gaslighting me. This is not a professional firm and if this is how to treat people in 2026, this firm should be out of business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

mr. Berg from Janes Solicitors was introduced to our office through a mutual busines partner to perform some urgent services in the Netherlands. Given the urgency and the partner that introduced us we waved the obligatory payment in advance having a confirmation from mister Berg that they will make the necessary payments.

However, once the services where performed and the invoice was send mr. Berg has seemingly dropped of the planet and has yet to send us any response.

Any potential business reading this, make sure you ask for a very high retainer should you do business with this company.

These lawyers are not here to help people at all. They only taking easy cases.

James mullion told me he could deal with my case very well and with experiences, then I been waiting for 10 days. During those 10 days, he has no time to reply to emails and no time to answer phone calls.

After 10 days, James said he had no capacity. You could have told me that from the beginning instead of making me wait for 10 days. And then told other lawyers not to take my case.of course everyone has no capacity

If you had no capacity, that’s fine. Why couldn’t you just tell me 10 days ago? I called your office, and I could even hear you talking in the background, but you wouldn’t come to answer the phone.
