I am very disappointed with the service I received from Jackson & Quinn.
I have just paid attention with foreign names and surnames seems we all in same treatment/ Amelia too stopped replying e mails and manager we send complaint Lucy she did the same to me too . Wow 😲
Initially, I left a positive review, but my experience quickly turned negative. I was told I was eligible for Legal Aid, but because my case was urgent, I agreed to proceed and paid the full bill myself—even though I do not have savings. Payment was taken before the Legal Aid form was even completed.
I later decided to move to another firm, but Jackson & Quinn failed to release my files to my new solicitor. They ignored my repeated requests and also ignored requests from my new solicitor, which caused delays and meant I incurred additional legal costs.
I have a vision impairment and English is not my first language. I relied on a McKenzie Friend to help me understand my case. However, Jackson & Quinn refused to speak to my McKenzie Friend on a three-way call and avoided communicating with them. They also dismissed the bundle my McKenzie Friend prepared, saying it was "too long to read." This made a very difficult situation even harder.
I feel my disability rights were not respected, and I was not given the support I needed. I would not recommend this firm.

Unfortunately my experience with Jackson Quinn was extremely disappointing. I met with Amelia Deakin who had accepted my case, to discuss the details of my case and provide some paperwork. After the meeting Amelia simply stopped replying to emails and never called me back after I contacted the firm. I then had to find a new solicitor and all of this caused my case to get to court months later.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Becky Wimble for her incredible support during one of the most distressing and challenging times of my life.
I first met Becky after being faced with sudden and deeply upsetting legal proceedings. From our very first meeting, I knew I was in safe hands. Becky came highly recommended, and I quickly saw why — her professionalism, calm manner, and genuine compassion stood out immediately.
Becky not only guided me through a complex and emotional case, but she also believed in me when it felt like everything was falling apart. Her trust and reassurance gave me the strength I needed to get through each stage of the process.
She consistently went above and beyond — always making time to explain things clearly, offering support, and ensuring the case moved in the right direction. Toward the end, she also brought in a skilled barrister whose expertise helped bring everything to a positive conclusion.
Thanks to Becky’s dedication and care, the case was resolved successfully, and I could finally begin to move forward. I truly cannot thank her enough. She is not only an outstanding solicitor but also a genuinely kind and approachable person.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Becky Wimble to anyone going through a difficult legal situation. Her support made all the difference.
Thank you, Becky — from the bottom of my heart.

I had a very disappointing experience with Becky Wimble. She was not only rude to me but also to the social worker involved in the case. Her approach caused significant delays and unnecessary distress, making an already difficult situation even more stressful. Instead of supporting the case and advocating for the child’s best interests, she seemed disengaged and unhelpful, ultimately leading to end the case after 25months. Her lack of professionalism and commitment made the process far more challenging than it needed to be. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a representative who genuinely prioritizes a child's welfare in court.
