Very disappointing experience. I was charged £560 for a 30-minute meeting where I was told they could not represent me, despite having my paperwork for over 8 days beforehand. The lawyer appeared to have no knowledge of my case.

I was promised a refund, but over a month later I still haven’t received my money, and my emails are being ignored. Paying £560 just to be told “we can’t act for you” is unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm.

Very bad experience, I was charge £120 just for taken my personal details. None advise neither signposted. I feel a bit in limbo regarding my case !!

for my personal experience i would not recommend them under any circumstances as i find them dishonest and rude you can not target vulnerable communities and try to get advantages of them
