I bought a property at auction and contacted them on Thursday for a quote. I was told it would be sent the same day, but nothing came through. I chased again on Monday, gave them all my details a second time, and was promised an email quote that never arrived. By the end of the day, I called once more and was finally told they couldn’t represent me.

This could have been communicated with a simple email last week instead of wasting my time. Very poor experience and a total waste of time!
