I attempted to publish a much larger review about Ms Anna Tay-Lodge, but unfortunately it was too rude ! Which says a lot about what I was attempting to say. In short words, steer as far away as possible from this woman. How one person can be so disgusting and vile is shocking, I have not heard one good thing from previous clients or employees, who also have been driven out of Humfrys and Symonds, which is a shame as all of the other solicitors that people have encountered are fantastic, apart from one solicitor, Ms Anna Tay-Lodge, who is destroying the whole firm slowly, and losing employees and clients on the daily. Take this as a warning !

I cannot fault the service I have had whilst purchasing my first home. Andrew and Keeley have been fantastic and great support in every step of the process. They made a daunting experience easy. I was recommended the firm by a friend who had used them previously and I am so glad I went with them. Would highly recommend.

Their services may be excellent but I'm afraid I never got that far. I rang one afternoon to speak to someone in the conveyancing department. No one was available so took my name and number and promised to call me back. They didn't so I assumed the next day they would. Next day no call by lunchtime so I rang again telling them that I need to get on with my purchase and that if they didn't call me back that day I would have to go elsewhere. No call back.
I was not impressed so went elsewhere. I don't believe I'm over reacting but a day and a half is, in my opinion, plenty of time to get back to someone .

Andrew assisted me in selling my leasehold property. The communication was clear from the beginning how i would be charged. Easy and smooth process. Andrew worked really hard to get the exchange date and completion done with as little stress as possible for me. I couldn't thank him enough. Receptionist also very kind and professional. Highly recommended.
