Very rude and discourteous reception staff, I asked about whether they could help me with a particular issue and was told very rudely no, and then the woman hung up without even saying thank you, or goodbye. A terrible representation of your company.

Their service is really great. I highly recommend them.

Frankly speaking, when I approached Rahul on 21-May-2012, I was in a very tough situation My Company applied for Sponsorship license still pending and I am about to finish my PSW by June 15th , I was really in a dilemma whether I will get my visa or not, but by God's grace and by the sincere effort by Rahul in updating all the documents needed we have been finally rewarded.
