Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star would like to leave none . Howes Percival done my house exchange after talking endless time I am now selling and they done land registry wrong and I can't sell I now have to pay another company to put things correct Howes Percival have had the chance but don't bother . I am now having to pay much more and probably the buyers of my house won't wait.

Not the best, a very basic service. Seem to have done the bare minimal on my behalf. Alice was supposed to be representing me in the purchase. No longer replying to emails as I still have not received all the searches I paid for, only her summary of what’s been found. She didn’t want to get involved/help or advise in many concerns i buying the property, just fogs you off a lot with “that’s not a legal matter”. Luckily I was able to obtain proper legal advise and representation elsewhere to try and sort out issues that should had been done prior to my completion. I really DO NOT recommend this company for conveyances services.

I called Howes Percival on Monday and explained that I needed a letter drafting urgently. I emailed all of the information across that was requested and explained it needed to be done quickly. My email has been ignored and no contact since. We’re now a week behind and we’re going to need to find another law firm to complete this task for us.
I wouldn’t recommend this firm.
