Zack and Julie responded quickly to any queries we had and got issues resolved quickly. We will definitely recommend Holden Smith to family and friends in the future and we can't thank them enough for helping us through the process.

Absolute amazing company! I can't believe how quickly they done Everything always on hand to answer a question. When we heard horror stories about solicitors and time scales we were worried but not with Holden Smith. Daniel, Zain and especially Julie were just an amazing team and got us all done I'm super fast time. Nothing was ever a bother or a stupid question seriously highly would recommend them!!

If I could give individual ratings for the different solicitors I worked with at Holden Smith I would easily give Haider and Gemma five stars each.
My case was initially assigned to Keely back in September, and I had a terrible time with not seeing any results and having to chase her up over and over again for anything to happen. Eventually in January I went over her head to her supervisor to complain about the lack of communication and action, and was told that she had been on leave and was not expected to return before the end of the month. This was hugely disappointing that this wasn't communicated to me until I took the initiative to seek answers; however my case then got reassigned to Haider and his assistant Gemma in January, and they thankfully got the purchase of my flat completed by the end of March, which is a very quick turnaround all things considered.
I am grateful to them and the hard work they put in, so my three star rating doesn't reflect their performace; I just don't want to give a higher rating overall as what should've been a quick simple purchase process with Holden Smith did ultimately take ~7 months, with a lot of discomfort and distress on my end as a first time buyer.

We were referred to Holden Smith through SAM Conveyancing and they were absolutely brilliant. Haider & Gemma were both extremely friendly, quick to respond and knowledgeable on all questions we had to complete our home purchase.

The value for money was great, we faced no delays in our conveyancing process and would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a property.

Could not recommend this solicitor more. Haider and Gemma picked up the conveyancing halfway through the process of purchasing my property and handled everything smoothly from there. They kept me updated throughout, explained things clearly, and were always quick to respond if I had any questions. They also managed to get the property over the line on the original target completion date which was amazing. Buying a house can be stressful but they made it so much easier. I’d definitely recommend them.
