My claim was completed today and I was delighted with the outcome. My claim was initially dealt with by Dominic and after he left the company it was taken over by Michelle.

Whenever I had a query by email it was dealt with promptly and professionally. Towards the end of my claim I had a few telephone conversations with Michelle and she was always really friendly and professional.
