Great level of customer service received. Spoke with Beth on many occasions and she never failed. Great level of customer service and understanding. Would give 6 stars if i could. Always responding to me promptly and keeping me in the loop. Gave me options to visit different branches etc if I needed to. Really made me feel valued and welcomed. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. They will load you with invoices most of it useless work and rip you off completely. Yet nothing will be resolved. Definitely better firms out there and will never use them again . A so called serious firm , against the freedom of feedback. You have no rights to point how many feedbacks and what firms I have reviewed . All in one , a bunch dishonest representatives (not all of them), un explained charges, and un authorised work. For your own peace of mind I have used over 10 different firms and not all with the outcome as I had with hedges. If there was a 0 star I would happily give it .

Hedges acted for my mother in her divorce and then with drafting her will. The whole experience for both matters which were very sensitive was brilliant. The lawyers were so kind to my mother, caring, patient and professional. Their legal knowledge impeccable and we could not have got such a good result without them. I would absolutely recommend the firm.
