I would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin McCole at the Lutterworth office for conveyancing. Kevin is very thorough and professional and gets the job done quickly and more importantly properly.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Headleys. Throughout the process, communication was wholly inadequate. Emails and telephone calls frequently went unanswered, and there was little to no proactive contact to provide updates or explanations regarding delays.

The lack of responsiveness, organisation and the conveyancer dealing with my sale and purchase moving to another solicitors caused significant frustration and unnecessary stress. Deadlines were missed without explanation, and I was repeatedly left uncertain about the status of my matter.

Ultimately, the service was so poor that I had no option but to instruct an alternative solicitor in order to progress the transaction. This resulted in avoidable delays and additional cost.

I have raised a formal complaint with the legal ombudsman

I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking a reliable, professional conveyancing service.

If I could give no stars I would. Please avoid this company at all costs. I was repeatedly ignored, phone lines were taken off the hook and my emails/concerns not addressed. My purchase and sale were delayed after multiple conveyancers left the business and three of us in the chain were using the same company. I have made a complaint and will be contacting the ombudsman if the complaint is not dealt with appropriately. The company also still owe me money, which I chased and still yet to receive. Honestly I have nothing positive to say and they made the whole process much more stressful than it needed to be

Extremely poor client service. Our conveyancer and her husband walked out leaving chaos. It was not brilliant with unanswered emails and no way to call and talk to anyone before that point. It didn’t get any better following the departure of our conveyancer; no explanation or apology (we found out after driving to the Lutterworth office as the phones were down), and incorrect information provided to the end of a painful process. We completed in the end but that felt miraculous. It’s never a great experience buying and selling houses, but this was shambolic and somehow despite this, the company still behaved in an arrogant and dismissive way. No one senior took any responsibility and clearly felt no accountability for their poor service.

We appointed Headleys to act for us as conveyancers after the solicitors we had first chosen said they wouldn't be able to complete to the timescale our buyers wanted. Headleys said they'd try their best and they certainly delivered. Hollie was great right from the start. She dealt with everything promptly and efficiently and kept in regular contact to let us know how our sale was progressing. We completed as hoped during a very busy period. Thank you Hollie!
