I could not rate this team any more highly....from start to completion in just over 4 weeks. The process has been stress free, customer friendly and professional. David Roberts and a special shout out for his incredibly hard working assistant Molly got all paperwork and communications ironed out in prompt fashion at a very busy time for them both. Both were very patient and understanding with me and made me feel at ease. WE appointed HCB solicitors to act on our behalf for the sale of a Leasehold property after agreeing on a very competitive price . We were advised that the approx timescales would be 16-20 weeks which seemed the average with other solicitors.
