I do not recommend. Had a very poor experience with one of their solicitors, Gurleen Kaur. Whilst representing me she showed no interest in my case at all, actively worked on other peoples cases during our face-to-face time, did not bother responding to any of my emails until I was forced to CC in her manager (and then when she did reply, she gave me the wrong information.)

I had Mr Hanratty himself for my case. Came across really well in court, and represented myself flawlessly. I got the best outcome I could have expected. Highly recommend.

Excellent and professional service. Used Hanratty and Co to sale and purchase our properties. Isabella and her team were fantastic. Kept us regularly updated and helped with all our enquiries and concerns. Isabella was really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and Kept communicating regularly with updates. Would always answer your calls or return calls without delay. The lady on reception was helpful and welcoming when visiting the office. Would use again and recommend. We are now using them again to sort our wills.

Not helpful ,I really wanted help and nothing was done to help, and also took money for nothing not impressed with the service at all...
Went to another solicitor absolutely fantastic spoke on phone also emailed and asked for nothing so something is very wrong....I hope this can get resolved as very upset with the service...

Oliver Joseph is great for conveyancing. Always gets straight back to you. He has dealt with various purchases and sales professionally and communicatively. Hence I made an appointment with the estate and wills planner who's manner was abrupt and cold, and left me feeling very upset over s sensitive matter regarding my very poorly mother. I'm so disappointed and have lost the trust of the whole company. Such a shame. I travelled over an hour to the appointment and felt the solicitor in question couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Ditto, is all I can say!
