All I can say is that they are fantastic people to be represented by and have only the highest praise for the company. Information is key so let’s just say they have clearly dropped it.
It’s now taken 15 months and we still are no wiser or closer to sorting out my mother’s estate.
Second email recently sent and still no response, and before being asked for the same information more than once, which no doubt will be at our expense. Deeply frustrating for our family.
I would think twice before stepping through their door!
