Damian Plant let us down. Try setting up a LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEY. He advised us to do it ourselves via the internet, then refused to sign the documents, then said we should have engaged HIM in the first place. When i adked him why he told us to go the internet route? He replied that he always suggests that people try it themselves. We feel badly let down
