Once Gary is on your case he gives it 110% effort which is not just from 9 to 5pm. He was talking to me on the phone at 10pm the evening before court the next day sorting out tack ticks my defence the following day which made the police prosecutor drop the case and I escaped a 6 driving month ban.
He's got a good sense of humour and if you are old enough to remember the 1960's TV programme you will understand why I call him 'Worcester's answer to Perry Mason'

I can't thank this firm enough from the minute I found them I felt comforted and heard I had changed to them quite late in the day after being unsatisfied with a previous law firm in Worcester it was the best decision I ever made every member of The Office were kind and listend to me I can't recommend them high enough I've never been in this situation where I've needed a criminal solicitor before. I would not use anyone else. The secretaries and Ian himself actually care about their clients. He fought tirelessly in court for me, and I could see that he was as happy as I was that I had won. Genuine, decent, nice people. Honestly, I had called every single other solicitor and none of them measured up to them.
