I am trying my best to choose my words because Lord is aware how lousy, inattentive, lethargic and unprofessional Mr Sharp is as a solicitor.

I highly suggest, whether through legal aid or not, please look for another firm.

They take not days, but weeks to respond!
Show up late to hearings, on multiple occasions!
Leave out vital information in case files
Respond in a very casual manner to matters of highest importance

The only saving grace is their receptionist, Karen, who’s a very supportive help desk agent but that’s all.

I called the H E Thomas to ask about the services and opening times. When explaining my query the receptionist lady I spoke interrupted me saying "Speak English dear".
Have been living in London for nearly 20 years have never experienced anything like that. Regardless your accent that is very rude thing to say in my opinion (and my English is absolutely fine by the way).

We've moved home more than once, and we're now moving from the Royal Arsenal, thanks in no small part to Brian at H.E. Thomas and Co. We must say that Brian Tan , (a partner there) is the most reliable, organized, professional, communicative and, for the service, very reasonably priced solicitor we have ever had dealing with conveyancing. Brian proved himself a safe pair of hands and more than capable of pushing the process forward when it needed pushing. We asked to be kept updated from the start and Brian did just that, he kept us updated every step of the way. A process that can seem long and arduous was made less stressful by a professional that never gets his feathers ruffled, always speaks to you or gets back very quickly, and he's a really nice guy - We never thought we'd say that about a solicitor! Highly recommended - especially for the Royal Arsenal with all its quirks, excessive paperwork and Management structures. We're recommending him to anyone looking for a solicitor. Especially if your moving into or out of the Royal Arsenal.
