I received excellent service from Gregsons regarding a VRR. The trainee Solicitor assigned to my case was Miss. Zollino. She was very professional; she always responded to all of my queries promptly and in detail and reassured me throughout. She has excellent knowledge of the law, but she also showed a degree of genuine care, which in my opinion is very important when dealing with cases of a sensitive nature. This helped to somewhat ease my anxiety. Miss. Zollino always made sure to explain my legal position clearly and any potential, realistic outcomes, which managed my expectations accordingly. I would definitely recommend Gregsons and Miss. Zollino for any VRR cases.

I had a complaint against Nottingham police for wrongful datainment, assault, and other bits. Mrs easy fought my case and she was brilliant. She WON the case and to be fair she won it pretty quick. I was awarded £2000 and they was brilliant at getting the money to me. Really polite staff and responsive. Great all round

Hi everybody just thought you ought to know how bad this solicitor is. Susan Gregson Murray represented me on 2 cases. Case 1 against the police, which never went to court due to the police putting glass fragments in my clothes trying to frame me for a burglary, but one officer on the case dobbed his mate in who was convicted and went to prison. I won compensation payout of £10, 000 which Gregson withheld from me for 10 months without any reason, only her own, so corrupt. She deliberately kept the compensation low as she is definitely in bed with the police, as my barrister later told me the compensation should have been £80,000 plus. Case 2 My partner and I was assaulted by 2 police officers while waiting for a taxi in Nottingham I was taken without being formerly arrested, detained over night and charged with being drunk and disorderly. I made a formal complaint, cctv was available from a nearby Hotel which the police lied about having, then 18 months later miraculously provided a copy a cd of it, this turned out to be corrupted with 3 minutes missing from the incident favouring the police, Gregson agreed the police had tampered with it but did nothing about it, she never even walked 300 metres from her office to take photographs of the incident area and the cameras on the hotel clearly covering the incident area. Gregson never went to the place I attended for vital evidence to clear my name cctv and statements from employees were required, again this place was only 330 metres away from her office. Gregson then instructed a barrister without my permission or knowledge to make up a negative opinion on winning the case which was based on speculation and BS DEVOID OF ANY OF THE MAIN FACTS. Needless to say I was refused Legal Aid, yet I had my own barrister opinion done and he came back with a 90% positive opinion, absolutely shocking woman. If you have a case against the police DO NOT employ this lazy useless woman. B Tuckwood.
