Awful communication. Case passed from office to office with not word. Never any idea who's dealing with it or where to ring. Emails go unanswered. That's not even mentioning the data breach / phishing leaking my PII!!!

Charge a premium but the service doesn't match.

Used this solicitor for an issue that needed legal assistance. One of the partners, Mrs Lucy Williams, was my solicitor and she was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful, very responsive and really helped me through a very difficult time. Highly recommend her and this firm to anyone!
