Paid for a one-hour consultation and was told my case and documents would be reviewed beforehand — this didn’t happen. Instead, she spent valuable time during the session searching through the materials I had already provided the day before.
To make matters worse, she was eating while speaking to me on the phone, which came across as extremely rude and unprofessional.
I also paid her to send an important email regarding my children, and she led me to believe that a decision had already been made and I was told no when it really I found out this was not true — completely misleading. Also had to chase her for an answer for 5 days
Avoid this company at all costs.
