Caveat emptor....We have just been the unwitting victim of Godwins Solicitors.
We have just sold(eventually)our house and Godwins were our buyers solicitors.
Slow...Antiquated...Difficult and frankly appalling service from this company.
They made the entire process so very difficult - requesting information that was absolutely not required and even cost us an additional £960 for no reason at all.
Our solicitors(who were brilliant and so patient) said that they had never experienced such a difficult, un-necessarily protracted and unpleasant transaction.
Look elsewhere, would be our advice unless you have time & money to waste.
