GLADSTONES HOLDINGS LIMITED

This company state to be a solicitors but they are aggressive bullies who run a dodgy debt colletors called Empira Ltd.

I have been in and out of hospital early this year and i never recieved and intial letter for payment of a parking ticket fine.

I let a friend use the van and they got the ticket.

I emailed and apologised for the delay in responding and offered them 25£ a month out of my disability money to pay a 300£ debt.

I took ownership of the ticket and offered wot i cud.

They wrote back 10 days later demanding 50£ a month or they will send bailiffs to my door to take my stuff.

I immediatley contacted Citizens Advice for advice and support.

NOT SURPRISINGLY THE CAB ARE ALREADY AWARE OF THIS BUNCH OF CHARLETONS.

CAB are going to guide me thru SRA process aswell as reporting the so called Debt collection company to the authorities.

They have to follow all DISABILITY LAWS and make reasonable adjustments.

I have had dealings with moor croft and lowe ll in last 2 years.

They were professional and quite nice. I set up payment plans and have paid both debts down now.

THIS LOT GUTTER LEVEL.

THEY CAN TAKE ME TO COURT SO I CAN SHOW THE JUDGE WOT DODGY BULLIES THEY ARE.

I THOUGHT DODGY PPL LIKE THIS WERE NOT TOLERATED IN THE INDUSTRY ANYMORE.

WE ARE ALSO GOING TO SUBMITT COMPLAINT TO THE COUNCIL WHO INSTRUCT THEM OR SELL TICKET DEBT TO THEM.

THE COUNCIL HAVE A RESPONSIBILTY TO HAVE DEALINGS WITH REPUTABLE COMPANIES ARE SHOULD NOT USE COMPANIES AND BULLIES TO INTIMIDATE RESIDENTS OF ANY BOROUGH.

COUNCIL HAVE NO RIGHT TO AID AND ABET THIS ILLEGAL BEHAVOR BY EMPIRA LTD OR GLADSTONES SOLICITORS.

THE JUDGE WILL SEE THAT I MADE A VERY RESONABLE OFFER WHICH THEY DID NOT ACCEPT.

INSTEAD THEY DEMAND DOUBLE OR THEY WILL TAKE MY STUFF.

THEY WONT GET ANYTHING FROM MY HOME.

MY DOG IS BIG BOY AND VERY TERRORTORIAL. U HAVE BEEN ADVISED.

These people are scammers. They sent a letter demanding £155 for an unpaid £2 parking charge at a local beauty spot. I have proof that I paid the parking charge which is clearly stated on my banking app, date, time, place, cost and states “parking charge” but apparently this isn’t evidence.. I suppose I’ll just have to wait for a court date then.. which obviously will never arrive.. bunch of charlatans, can’t possibly be real solicitors.

Zero stars. Scamming company trying to charge me for a scooter that was DESTROYED in 2022, for a so called parking ticket made in 2024, by a car. I have police record proving that the vehicle was a scooter (not a car) and was stolen/burnt in 2022, they say POLICE RECORDS aren't proof?! They still want to take me to court, are they insane?!

GROSS…Passing off as solicitors. They are purely Debt Collectors without mercy imo! Appealed a parking fine from HORIZON Parking on a set of genuine evidential grounds. Got a letter before action from this company without any acknowledgment of my appeal from HORIZON, appealed again…Not a shred of acknowledgement of my circumstances in their response - just may have well said, blah blah, blah…PAY THE MONEY OR FACE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS!

Receiving parking tickets for person not named at my address, call handler in a very condescending manner took ref number and continued to talk over the top of me spouting he would be traced and then said thank you and hung up before I said I had already been told this previously!! From now letters will be put straight in the bin and allow them to waste their time 🤷🏻‍♀️
